Have you wanted to make a Legit Kit, but were unsure how to go about it? Legit Kits are unique, paper pieced pictoral quilts. There are hundreds of patterns to choose from, from the simplest design - to intricately complex.
The first key element to successfully completing your legit kit quilt is ORGANIZATION! After that, a good working knowledge of paper piecing (both cutting for it and sewing to the foundation) is a must. Finally - assembling your paper pieced blocks to create your quilt top.
Join mother/daughter team Julie and Hayley, who have made several Legit Kits quilts between the two of them, as they share the skills they've learned along the way for organizing the elements that go into the quilt, piecing the blocks, and finally - assembling your Legit quilt top.
