- We ship via USPS First Class or Priority, depending on order size.
Returns & Exchanges
- Town and Country Quilt Shop has one goal — your satisfaction! We want to do everything we can to make sure that you're fully content with the products you purchase from us and the experience you have with our shop. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your package in its original, unused, and uncut condition within 90 days from receipt of purchase for a refund or an exchange. We believe that ordering fabric and quilting supplies should be just as much fun as quilting itself. If we ever fall short of our goal, please tell us. We value your friendship and trust above all.
- TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE: Include your packing slip (or a copy). Circle the item(s) you are returning. Remember to pack it securely. Return shipping charges will apply. Returns should be directed to: Town and Country Quilt Shop, 10 E Bank Street, Albion, NY 14411.
- You will receive a refund within 3 weeks after we receive the package. Once we receive items back in our store your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
