All New York Shop Hop Bus Trip
Join the ANYSH Bus Trip to the South Region — a relaxed, quilt-lovers’ road escape from June 17–19. We’ll depart early Wednesday, June 17 (5:00 AM from Albion Top’s parking lot; cars may be left there) with a 6:00 AM pickup in the Rochester area (site TBD), then travel south with a lunch stop in NJ before our afternoon quilt-shop strolls in Long Island: Sew What’s New and Yarn Too (Islip) and North Shore Quilting (Huntington). Enjoy dinner and shopping in charming Huntington Village, then overnight at the Hampton Inn, Huntington Village.
Thursday begins with hotel breakfast and a city-bound morning stop at Keaton Quilts (NYC), followed by an easy lunch (city or Nyack) and afternoon visits to The Quilt Tree (Nyack) and Pins and Needles (Mt. Kisco), where we’ll relax with refreshments on the patio. Dinner is at Cracker Barrel in Fishkill and we’ll stay overnight at the Quality Inn, Fishkill.
On Friday, June 19, after breakfast we’ll visit Beetle and Fred in Beacon and have lunch near Pine Bush before stopping at Quilter's Attic (Pine Bush). From there we’ll head back toward western NY with dinner en route. Expect a friendly, social pace focused on quilting finds, village charm, easy meals, and comfortable hotels — perfect for stitchers who love discovering new shops and sharing the journey.
